Terms & Conditions

By using Codr’s services or engaging with us, you agree to the following:

1. Scope & Delivery
   Projects will follow the agreed brief, timeline, and deliverables outlined in our proposal.

   
   

2. Payment Terms
   Invoices are due per the contract or milestone schedule. Services begin when payment is received, unless otherwise stated.

   
   

3. Revisions & Ownership
   We offer revisions until you’re satisfied, as long as they stay within the original project scope. Once the project is fully paid, all rights are yours—unless agreed otherwise.

   
   

4. Confidentiality
   All project details and assets remain confidential. Both parties agree not to share details without permission.

   
   

5. Termination
   Either party may cancel with 7 days' written notice. Any completed work will be billed proportionally at the agreed rate.

   
   

6. Liability
   Codr’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages beyond the agreed scope.
